Exterior: Built with Victory’s NoVus technology to ensure sterling design and build quality, the Lakewood Lodge is set to impress. The exterior benefits from TimberWolf CanExel Ultraplank side feature focal roofing, and beautiful LED aspect lighting. Chateau grey aluminium cladding and a fully galvanised Protech chassis offers a sleek exterior.

Interior: A condensing combi boiler, thermostatic radiators and low-E glass on all double glazing are included as standard. The Lakewood benefits from a bluetooth surround system, brushed metal sockets, and fluted privacy glass to the entrance doors, bathrooms windows, glazed internal doors and apex window.

Living room: The living room is filled with natural light from the wide front aspect French doors and windows. The spacious lounge design is enhanced through the comfortable warming tones of the furnishings. The 3-seater sofa includes a pull out bed, plus there is a free-standing 2-seater sofa. An integrated electric fire with built in cabinet surround and coffee table provide the ultimate ‘chill-out’ space.
