A major new campaign to encourage visitors to Richmondshire has been launched. The District Council is mounting a widespread marketing initiative under the banner ‘Visit Richmondshire Safely – protect, respect and enjoy’.
There will be social media messages and a new film to promote the district as a place to visit but asking people to do so with respect to the local communities. Messages include social distancing, parking, queuing safely and washing hands, as well as taking litter home and picking up after pets.
