Exterior: Residential specification with a coated steel roof. CanExel high density wood composite cladding with durable woodgrain texture in ‘Mist Grey‘ and
anthracite window frames. Beautiful front aspect French doors, uPVC double glazed windows and push-button security locks ensure comfort. Low energy exterior light and downlights under the front eaves provides ambience.
Interior: The Edmonton comes with excellent thermal performance and sound insulation with an insulated panelled floor. The side walls feature 7ft high ceilings, a 30kW gas combi-boiler central heating and hot water system and radiator thermostats. Low energy LED ceiling lights feature throughout.
