ABI Westwood 2015: 2-bed 2-bath: SOLD!

The beautiful ABI Westwood is a pre-owned 2-bed 2-bath 43×13 model lodge. This model sold within days of release, however please take a look at the photos for some inspiration on owning a lodge with a hot-tub! The hot-tub is built deep into the decking and has a prime position on the front of the sun-deck. The hot-tub can be accessed from French doors to the lounge, or externally via stairs to the sun-deck. With plenty of space for outdoor dining, this is what we call lunch with a view!

Exterior: We love the outdoor sun-deck on the Westwood with the all important hot-tub! This model is situated on the banks of the river swale with an ideal spot for ‘watching the world go by!’ The Westwood has a pitched roof, exterior walls clad in hard PVCu with Thermaglass double glazed windows. The roof is clad in steel pantiles and sits on a fully galvanised, heavy duty chassis.

Lounge: French doors from the lounge to the sun-deck are a beautiful feature of the Westwood. With full central heating fitted throughout to provide year-round staycation comfort. The colour scheme of beige, browns and reds provides a warm contrast. A free-standing three seater couch in addition to two armchairs provide ample seating. An electric log burner adds a cosy feature to the lounge.

Kitchen / diner: The kitchen has a classic-country feel with timber units, contrasting black worktops and wood block flooring. Built in cupboards provide plenty of storage with soft-close mechanisms. The breakfast bar and free-standing dining table provide options for brunch, lunch and dining!

Master bedroom: The master double bedroom is spacious and stylish room with a double bed featuring a padded grey/green fabric headboard and horizontal panels. A full length radiator provides plenty of warmth. A mirrored dressing table and walk-in-wardrobe offer staycation luxury, in addition to an en-suite WC and wash basin.

Twin bedroom: The twin bedroom features two single beds and built in storage.

Bathroom: To main bathroom benefits from a full length bath with a shower over the bath, WC and mirrored hand-basin. Neutral flooring and wooden finishings provide a cosy country-style finish.
