We can’t believe it’s six years since we won a prestigious David Bellamy Conservation Award – and we’re still as proud today of our commitment to developing the unique wildlife and habitat here at Swaleview Park. Swaleview Park is the only place in Swaledale where you can buy a holiday home and one that’s situated right alongside the banks of the River Swale.
The famous botanist said that the park’s owners, Andrew and Eileen Carter, had created “an exciting wildlife wonderland which is brimming with bio-diversity.”
An Amazing Location
Swaleview Caravan Park is set in 13 acres of woodland in The Yorkshire Dales National Park. It provides the setting for 100-plus privately owned caravan holiday homes and lodges, plus touring pitches for caravans and motor homes.
The Park is a haven for wildlife of all kinds including otters, kingfishers and deer. It’s a place where you can really get closer to nature and experience first hand the peace and tranquillity Swaledale has to offer. You can see more lovely images taken in around The Park on the Park Life page of our website.
